Lou’s areas of expertise include the role of food in history, recipes, antique kitchen and cooking memorabilia, trivia and humor. Greenstein is fascinated by oddball food gadgets, so much so he’s developed a massive collection. He often takes many of them on tour for lectures like "The Humor of Food and History"
Greenstein has a degree in restaurant management from University of Massachusetts-Amherst. During his years in the food industry, he has managed hotels, country clubs and restaurants. He worked for 14 years as a chef on Boston’s "Good Day Show," and Boston’s "Sunday Open House," for five years.
